We participate with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia plans, including HMO, POS, PPO, and GAP. For HMO & GAP plans, we must be assigned as the PCP.
If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan from another state, your coverage may be accepted through the BlueCard reciprocity program. However, we recommend contacting your home Blue Cross Blue Shield plan before your appointment to verify that your benefits are valid for services received in Georgia.
